I just picked up Mitchells' pictures that I had taken a few weeks ago. I am such a slacker mom, I haven't had his pictures taken since he was 3 months old, and I still haven't pick any of those out to buy any. I just took him to Wal-Mart and I think they turned out pretty good. I always spend more than I plan when it comes to pictures. I do have to say that he is a pretty handsome boy. But I guess I am a little bias.
So a week ago, Justen, I, and a few friends went to the Eastern Idaho State Fair to the Poison Concert. I had a really good time, though I wish I would have gone down on the track. There were so many people, it was almost more fun to people watch than the actual concert. There were a ton of sweet mullets. I tried to get pictures but I was to far away. But all in all, we had a great time. Here are a few pics of the us and the "band".
Well you all might think that I have lost my mind, but I am determined to get myself back in to shape. I neede a little motivation, so when my sister-in-law told me to go to this website, I thought it couldn't hurt. At the bottom of my blog there is a little icon and it will take you to the website. All in all, there are a bunch of bloggers trying to lose 500 lbs by Dec. 5th and every Friday we have to weigh in. Hopefully I can stay on till the end and get myself started on the right track. If anybody has any pointers, I am welcome to them all. Wish me luck!

Monday I was put on call from work, so I decided that my house needed a little cleaning, especially my front windows. I bought some outdoor Windex that you hook to your hose and then spray the cleaner on and then rinse with the water. Seemed like a pretty easy fix, but what I didn't consider was that I have hard water and my windows looked worse after I cleaned them. So I ended up trying to wipe away the streaks, in the mean time I had forgotten that I had disconnected the hose from the bottle but left it running. Needless to say Mitchell was on top of that fun in a heart beat. I have a video of him playing in the water, but I can't seem to get it to work. But here are a few pictures of him being a silly boy.
On Sunday we only had sacrament meeting, becuase of the dedication of the Twin Falls Temple; Justen, Mitchell, Becca, and Rachelle all went up Kelly's Canyon and picked huckleberries. I, unfortunately had to work, so they took a few pictures so that I could try and share in the fun. Mitchell had a great time, he loves to be outside. He just wasn't to sure about the tall weeds, the were a little hard to manuever around. All in all they had a great time, and we get to have huckleberry pancakes!
I married the greatest man ever, Justen, in February of 2006. We have been blessed with two amazing children. Mitchell, who is his daddy's shadow, and Maybri, my little miracle baby. These are the happenings of my little family out here on our little homestead.
"Perhaps love is the process of my leading you gently back to yourself. Not to whom I want you to be, but to who you are."
"I truly believe that each of us have this great incredible potential to love, but it is only a potential, and like all potentials, unless it is realized, unless you do something about it, it's not going to happen."
